When will my order be prepared?

Normal processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch.

How long is delivery?

Estimated transit is generally 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible defective and non-defective new products may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective items must be unused and in original condition. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery.

How do mailed returns work?

Request approval first, then use the free prepaid return label included in the package. No restocking fee applies.

When is a refund started?

An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; posting by the financial institution may take longer.
